Feedback & complaints

We welcome feedback and are always wanting to improve our service. Please feel free to email us positive and negative feedback, and suggestions on how we can improve our patient care. You can do this anonymously if you don't feel  comfortable, but it helps us understand your feedback and resolve problems early if we know who you are. 

Psychologists are health practitioners registered under the AHPRA Act. We are bound by the Psychology Board's Code of Conduct which sets out the responsibilities of psychologists to their patients.
