Fees & Rebates

Muscat & Stacey Psychologists is private company owned by two senior Clinical Psychologists with the highest professional qualification. Fees vary for types of consultation, please contact the clinic for pricing.

At Muscat & Stacey Psychologists, we set our fees well below that recommended to make psychological care more affordable.  We also set telehealth fees lower than in-person rates due to saving the additional costs of premises and reception.  Fees for reports are based on an hourly rate and test materials utilised.

Medicare provides a significant rebate for clinical psychology treatment ($141+) for up to 10 sessions per calendar year upon presentation a referral from a GP under a Mental Health Plan. Please discuss this with your doctor. 

We are registered providers for patients referred by a GP under WorkCover, private insurers and DVA, and provide services to NDIS participants, at no out-of-pocket cost. We are also registered to provide services under all private health funds. Please contact your health fund for your rebates under your cover. Your appointment is reserved for you and a fee applies for a 'no-show' or if cancelled with less that 48 hours if that appointment cannot be filled.
